About Our Rates:
Rates* based on Single
or Double Occupancy, and subject to availability. Weekly rates based
on Two(2) Week+ Stay. A $50/Week surcharge applies to Stays of less
than 2 Weeks. Daily rates based on Three (3) Night Minimum stay. Discounts for longer term weekly &
monthly Relocation & Seasonal Prepaid Stays.
Additional
Charges:
Rates are subject to
applicable Hotel Taxes of 11%. Additional Guests in select units
with Murphy Bed/s are charged at $100/week
or $20/night additional per guest. One time non-refundable Pet Fee of $75/pet. We
reserve the right to charge a $50 Cleaning Fee. Weekly Housekeeping
(optional) Available.
Reservations, Cancellation & Refund Policies:
Reservation Deposit of $200 required, and all or part
will be held as Security until final cleaning after departure.
Deposit is REFUNDABLE (less a $75 fee) if CANCELLED 90 days or more
prior to peak season arrival,
and 30 days or more prior to off-peak season arrival. Charges for
first Two Weeks (or less) stay
are payable 30 days prior to arrival, and this payment is
NON-REFUNDABLE if suite is not re-booked. Balance of Confirmed
Charges due in Full upon Arrival.
No Refunds for Early Departure.

VISA, MASTER
CARD
and DISCOVER Credit Cards; Cash, Travelers Check or
pre-approved Personal or Business Check accepted for Most Payments.
Only Cash or Check accepted at arrival for
payment of Discounted Stays. (Checks are Payable to: Liberty Real
Estate, Inc.)
