Paradise Found....My partner and I came to town for a family wedding and decided to turn this event into a week-long vacation. We'd been to FFL several times and had stayed at another resort. Alas, no rooms were available for our timeframe and I searched the internet for accommodations....and boy did I find the perfect place! I knew as soon as I spoke with Joe on the phone that we had found an amazing resort! Fresh flowers and a bottle of wine welcomed us to our fabulous 1 bedroom, full furnished, spotless apartment. We unpacked and jumped right into the heated pool. It was so nice leaving the chilly weather in VA and CO and swim in the beautiful pool. I had done my research on the internet and located restaurants within walking distance for us to enjoy our first night, those being Shenanigan's and Tarks...great food and fun atmosphere. We stocked-up on daily provisions at the nearby Publix and beverage store and were all set for a very enjoyable vacation. Jack and Joe are incredible hosts and sincerely go out of there way to make sure you have a great experience. We are planning to make an annual vacation to FLL for Thanksgiving and won't even think twice about staying anywhere else but Liberty Suites. John & Bob

WOW.....Joe and jack made you feel at home IMMEDIATELY when you walked into the suite by having fresh flowers and a bottle of wine ready. The full King Size bedroom with lots of space was wonderful. Fellow visitors were great conversationalists and it felt like we were at an exclusive "Men's Club" with clothing optional. Loved it! Keep up the great work guys!

More than an inn -like staying with friends....At first glance, Liberty is a little two-story gallery apartment with pool decorated in a funky/fun rainbow flag motif - sort of nostalgic, not luxe or glitz. Joe, the host, provides the warmest reception you'll ever get. There are often poolside happy hours with beer, wine and nibbles provided by Joe and tropical cocktails provided by whichever guests decide to contribute. The whole atmosphere, from clothing optional pool to relaxed mingling, is so different than the usual anonymous resort. This place is a bit like 28 Barbary Lane at the beach - an incredibly friendly place where people give each other rides to the supermarket (well equipped self catering kitchens in every unit) and the beach (the closest gay resort to Haulover, one of the most beautiful naturist gay beaches in the world). There are quite a few repeat 'sunbird' visitors from Canada and the northern US, and Liberty seems to attract a sociable and friendly group. I can't think of any gay resort I'd rather visit in Ft. Lauderdale!
